Course Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name, job title and contact email for both the registered and replacement delegates: email@example.com
Cancellations must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of the event. Cancellations received up to and including fourteen days prior to the event, will be refunded in full. Notice to cancel received thirteen or less days prior to the event, or for those who fail to turn up to an event, will mean a refund will not be possible. Where possible, we will provide the option to transfer your booking to a future event.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of notice to cancel.
